Weeknight strides

I am looking for a few people with a few ideas for just a few weeknight easy rides starting about 6 for and 1.5 to 2 hours approx open to any ideas on routes, anyone more than welcome just looking forward to getting out more often with new faces I'm not an expert I'm just a rookie contact me via my email rfoxall@live.co.uk thank you guys looking forward to hear from you

Reece - might be worth explaining what sort of distance & speed ride you're looking for and what you're training for at the moment.

I'm based just by the waseleys I am just looking to get some miles in and get fit and some more experience in cycling I would just like to learn some new flat routes with maybe some hills haha I can do all this week I was hoping to go out today with the intro rides but unfortunately I have work and a slight hangover to contend with haha I can be anywhere in rubery just email me on rfoxall@live.co.uk I will get it quicker than on here cuz I'm always on my iPad thank you
