Good effort, Charles. But how can you say "No training"? I saw you doing alternate cycling/foot intervals on Ankerdine.

not funny - that pic of me was cruel considering i had cramp...

anyway i'm devouring the hills of the forest of dean at the moment as i stay in our cottage and commute to cardiff for work; we must get the club down here either for off road or a circuit round the lanes
