There's a trailtakeover at bike park wales on Sunday 8th feb.
Trailtakeovers are where female mountain bikers of all abilities from all over the country get together with like-minded females and ride trails.
I've got space for another person in the car, so let me know if you'd like to come along. You will need to book the uplift though and spaces are limited, so you'll need to book quick.
