Ladies (touring) bike in June

Planning a c. 3 week tour from Rotterdam to Copenhagen in June with a friend.
Anyone got a ladies bike (to fit c. 5.2 ft), suitable for touring in the flatlands (i.e. doesn't have to be high spec/light) I could borrow for 3 weeks in June? If it doesn't have a rear rack I'll fit one and service the bike before and after. If we break/lose it, I will replace.
