600m pool swim
26 mile cycle (with a couple of challenging hills)
10k flat out and back run.
Not the easiest of cycle courses so I was pleased with my time of 01:32:04 for the cycle. Just pipped my younger brother with this
but he beat me overall by 3 seconds - mainly due to quicker transitions.
A well organised event if a bit distant!

It would take me that long to do the swim. Good result.

Well done Steve. Are you planning to do any Midland based events? I know there are still places for the Droitwich Sprint Tri on 28th July.

I'd have the same problem with a triathlon - I don't think we're alone in that either!

Great Steve. Unfortunately I've just had to cancel my place due to an injury otherwise with three entrants we could have competed for the team prize. Next year!
