Beacon/Redditch Cyclocross Race Meeting

Redditch r&p are seeking to have a meeting with some Beacon representatives to formalise arrangements for the organising and marshalling of our event with them on the 16th September. This will be the first race in the West Mids League. Two dates for the meeting have been proposed, either 6th or 13th August at about 8pm. I can do either so could I have some volunteers please. Not sure of the venue as yet.

Apologies I am away on those dates. Can however help on the cyclo cross day and Kate has also said she will help with signing on and will ask the boys to volunteer for the time they are not riding. Best Simon

The 16th is in my diary and I'm expecting to be doing whatever is needed for the event on the day. Do you want me to attend the meeting too?
