RESULT: mallory park crits race

I faired a little better in tonights race. The field was slightly smaller, surprising given the weather, but still about 60 strong. Pace was a little quicker than last week...average was just over 25mph. A couple of prime laps saw the pace change substantially together with a few attempted break aways. Another near pile up in the finishing straight and muggins was right behind it! Thankfully managed to avoid the trouble and finished quite strongly to get a 7th place and a few more points. Looking forward to the b'ham uni crits at Solihull on Sunday now....
