Last event of my season
7.20(400m swim)
49.03( 23 km bike)
27.18(5km run)
Total1.23.41
In one of these is T 1 and T2 ( I suspect this is the bike ride )
Result is 12/ 158
And 1st in category-,I suspect there were no other over 60's
Improvement of 1 min 20 secs so fairly pleased ( on the same course)
