Beacon RCC

1st Martin McGowan 31:41
2nd Laurence Cooley 34:21
3rd Carl Woodfield 35:41

Bicicielo

1st Ed Silverton 29:56
2nd Gareth Scott 30:40

Some very fast times there and Martin getting a PB will make the Handy Cap nail biting close at the end.

Handicap results

2 PB's and a new course time for Carl which means his handicap time is restricted to 30mins. Keri will be toasting Lawrence though as he had the bigger PB and scooped the 40 points with Martin still grabbing a competition friendly 39 points
