I echo the thanks to helpers. First time assist Helen? Thanks for aiding the failing eyesight of the older generation.
Good turnout and some good rides that might go under the radar. Amarjit improving over 2 mins in a week, (aero bike + desire for revenge over some of the older generation Amarjit?) Others riding on standard road bikes which loses them a minute or so like Phil, Matt and Carl that I noticed. Certainly could be others I didn't see. Phil improving almost 40 sec from last week. I am going to take some credit for that as he was sailing along pretty serenely when I passed him up Cut Throat Lane on the last lap, only to have him try to out-sprint me for the line to un-minute himself! (I think I got it Phil but timekeepers have us as a dead heat). and yes to "un-minute" is now a verb.

Well done to Nick, only Beacon member under 22 minutes which is a strong ride for that course.
