This week sees the first of the Retro 5s. Fastest aggregate times from both events on a qualifying bike wins a bottle of plonk.
As last year we are not going to be overly strict about what qualifies as a retro bike. My rule of thumb though is bikes should be pre aheadset so utilise a threaded steerer. it was around this time that lots of 'modern' developments like sti gear levers, tri bars and disc wheels appeared. So I think this is a useful cut off.
