Round 5 of our Club TT series takes place on Saturday 6th May at 14:00 on K34/25 course, details at http://midlanddc.org.uk/courses?area=K34&course=K34/25, same as https://www.strava.com/activities/346907147 .
This is a straight out to the turn & back course so not essential to know the course beforehand. Ian Taylor has agreed to be timekeeper many thanks Ian, his training begins at 13:50ish....

Just a reminder of this event before Saturday. I rode course yesterday & it was clear of major roadworks, a bit of construction work taking place at turn roundabout (would have been ok at that stage). I'll drive course on way there & we can always shorten it to turn at 1st roundabout if necessary on the day.

For those who may not have done this course before sign on takes place in large lay-by on Evesham Road just past junction of A441 & A422 as you head from Redditch towards Evesham. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks Andy, that would be greatly appreciated. Ian has agreed to timekeep but he's not done it before so would be a great help.

Well done to everyone who raced today, nice to see you before the start. Today was like death by a thousand cuts, the K33/10D was block headwind all the way from the roundabout...absolutely horrendous. Good news is they've resurfaced the dual carriageway and it's amazingly smooth now, so as long as the wind dies before next weekend, there should be some fast times.

Thanks to Ian & Andy yesterday. Hope Ian didnt find timekeeping too onerous.

It was a horrible day & I would have willingly given up timetrialling on the way back.
