sat 30th march K37/6G 2laps WITH RESULTS

Post by martin mc » 28 Mar 2019 21:41

Round 2 of our Club TT season is this Saturday at 2pm on K37/6G course, details at https://www.strava.com/activities/663481569 . For all those that rode it last week you can come back & enjoy it twice as much because it's 2 laps this week. Sign on will be at start, parking on bridge over A435 at turning signed for Ullenhall from about 13:15. Again make sure you know the course as there won't be marshalls at junctions to direct you. Look forward to seeing everyone there. First timers are as always very welcome.

I forgot to pass the message on in time for last week's TT, but Martin Davis asked if there was a way of noting whether riders are on road or TT bikes in the results?

RESULTS

1 David Fellows (Soilhull CC) 27:23
2 Gareth Scott 30:14
3 Paul Astin 31:25
4 Paddy Allaway 31:49
5 David McCann 33:10
6 Keith Adcock 35:41
7 Richard Leaper 35:50 (road bike)
8 Gemma Johnson 36:34

Fantastic conditions for todays suffering. Very fast time by David Fellows, possibly a course record? Well done to all.
Next club TT is on 13th April on K32/20 (country 20 course) but remember to volunteer to help at next Sundays big event, the Beacon RCC Little Mountain Time Trial if you're not riding & can help out.

I've noted on results for this weeks and last weeks TT if the rider was on a road bike.

Thanks Simon. That 39:29 included a mechanical! My best time was 37:13 I think, from 2012, which of course doesn't count here.
