Gary Mac nabbed the senior BAR today (unless anyone else rides a 50 and a 100) cracking ride 4:21:27 only a handful of secs off the vets 100 record. Fast day but hot Kudos.......

It was worse. Got lost on the way to HQ so had 2 min late start. Even when I flatted I thought ok fix carry on. My spare tube didn't fit my co2 connector so took me 10 min to fix lost it then and gave up not my day
anyway on the bright side legs not fryed for wed
