steel respray
I was having an informative chat with Pete Marshall last night about frame re coating services. Specifically my winter bike is starting to look pretty tired and battered after nearly 3 winters use. I used the services of Bourne's in Bissel st a year or so ago for another frame but its a pretty basic service and for £35 you get what you pay for in my opinion. I don't want something as price point heavy as a Rourke special and wondered if folk had any suggestions that I could follow up on.

I have had a Rourkie respray and it wasn't that expensive to be honest. That said while the finish is very good, IMHO it's not very durable and chips really easily.
Ideally stove enameling is the way to go, but limited on colour schemes, namely one colour.
