Due to roadworks on the course I'm afraid I'm going to have to cancel tomorrow nights event. I'll get back to you regarding a rescheduled 10 Champs.

Club 10 Championships. 2016 Announcement.

Tonights event is cancelled due to roadworks. Time constraints regarding police notification mean that it is impractical to organise another club event to replace it. Therefore I have picked the Saracen Road Club Open 10 on Sat 6th of August to be our Club Champs. Anybody wishing to compete will therefore need to enter this event. Im afraid it is postal only but there are no real local alternatives.
Details are on the CTT website https://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/find-events

Xavier has suggested we use his event the week after. Can all those riders who think they might want to ride the club champs let me know which event they would rather enter.

I hadn't noticed but the 6th clashes with the national 25 which Jess is riding. Which means it can't really be that day. So that leaves the 14th . Unless it did occur to me that we could just use the results from the open 10. What would people think about that ?

Probably not best idea to use result of open 10 now because we could know who winner would be before deciding. Surely better to designate an event still to take place. But then I'm probably biased because I didn't ride open 10.

It's on K41/10 course Keith, http://midlanddc.org.uk/courses?area=K41&course=K41/10
Just the other side of Coventry. In terms of distance from Northfield it's about 40 miles, the alternative at Dunnington is probably 30+ miles anyway (depending on venue of HQ).
I'd be happy with either event being used as our club champs but note internet entry is available for the Aerocoach event whereas Saracens event is postal entry only. Entry for Saracens event closes on 26th July, Aerocoach event closes on 2nd August.

I think it's looking like the Aerocoach event.

I've entered the Aerocoach event anyway...so if it's the club champs...so much the better.
