C Ride Sunday 7th January 75km

Going to run a C Ride around 20km/h on sunday. 75km with a cafe stop around 40km. 9am meet for a 9.15 leave (or earlier once everyone arrives.

You can download the route as a GPX file from the Garmin site, which should work with any device (I think, anyway).

So didn’t think my legs would feel rubbish after a small run and don’t now think I can manage 75km just yet so gonna do small one tomorrow so will give this a miss this week. Enjoy
