YHA TOUR 22nd JULY OVERNIGHT

Post by PaulB » 21 May 2024 20:01

Hi All

I am planning a YHA overnight trip to the YHA at Hartington Hall in the Peak District for Monday 29thJuly.

So far its myself, Dave Cole and maybe Rob Parker so any more would be welcome
I can get a private room for 6 people for £19.50 each, plus evening meal at say £20, breakfast in morning at £10 plus cafe stops and drinks

This is the route...https://ridewithgps.com/routes/46687129

We will be taking a train to Sutton Coldfield and riding from there to avoid the canals thru Brum, also catching train from Sutton Coldfield on way home, of course if you want to ride from home thru Brum that is not a problem

Details of YHA Hartington Hall here,,,,https://www.yha.org.uk/hostel/yha-harti ... 24&males=3

This is not a hilly route so good for all levels of cycling plus it'll be a relaxed ride with cafe stops and time to take photos etc

If you want anymore info let me know or text me on 07961 20 22 34

register your interest below thanks

morning all

sorry to mess you all around but I am changing the overnight trip back to the 22nd July, sorry

Reason being that YHA central office want to charge me £25 admin fee for changing the date which I will not pay as I cannot justify in my mind why the cost is so high.

So back to 22nd July if that's ok and this date is set in stone, let me know if anyone is interested
Thank You

I might be able to do this, but I have agreed to work at Farnborough Air show and I'm just waiting to have the dates confirmed.
