It's a hilly route and I'm slow, so the place will be at the bottom end of B pace

I'll ride out to Aber, but I'll be slow so won't be riding to your pace. Hopefully I'll see you at your faffing stops :lol:

1) Yes they do
2) 100 mile rides don't count, they need to be 200km
Each ride needs to be done as a separate ride with a separate entry
