The Tuesday club runs will be on as normal this week.

Meet at 6:30pm outside Northfield Cycles (opposite the Black Horse)

I won’t be there this week as I am in Spain, probably dragging myself up a mountain, but hopefully the rest of you can make it, and it’d be good to get some newcomers out too.

Give it a try - if the group you’re in feels a little too fast you can always drop back to the group behind (assuming we get multiple groups)

A run 18-20mph
