Weather dependent, i will lead a D run to Lavender Hall Fisheries this Sunday 29th

Meet at BH for 9-15 start, around 50 miles with cafe stop at around 25 miles

Ave speed at 11/12 mph, relaxed ride so be back at BH around 2-30 to 3pm, no one left behind

Hi Paul all being well with getting Sue ready in the morning - rehab is progressing well I'll get a 1.5hr pass out. So hope to be at the Blackhorse and ride with you for 45 mins and the turn the e-wick up and return home. If I see a flood I'm turning round. Don't wait for me if I'm not the for 9.15
