This route also passes by Nom in Flyford Falvell & Toast, also at Flyford Flavell - Nom is quite small so probably only suitable for small groups, Toast gets very busy so advanced booking is advised.

Here are some routes from club rides I have either lead or taken part in. They are all about 50 miles with café stops about halfway. All cafes sell breakfast sandwiches.

Some routes return via Wast Hills and West Heath to Black Horse. IMHO this is less attractive at lunch time as cars are fast in both directions, best cut off past The Peacock up Icknield, over Primrose Hill and then home from there.
