Ok, I've had two negative COVID tests so just a sore throat now better and the right leg is back to normal size. So I'd like to have another go at leading a D Run to Vale Golf Club this Sunday. Black Horse 9.00 for 9.15 usual steady pace.

Didn't fancy Netherton speleology trip and don't have right bike anymore. So did the D run solo anyway. Wanted some sweet rolling lanes to hit my 100 mile weekly target and got sunshine.Checked out cafes for future runs. Vale's handy Spike Bar is shut probably for the winter. Fancy Caribou bar at top of drive weren't doing food or not for me anyway. Ended up at the always friendly Bishampton Post Office for sausage, egg and mushroom sandwich. Also stopped for the 2 minutes silence at 11.00 but local dog didn't play along and barked through the second minute !
