Post by AdeR » 30 Jan 2025 18:38

Let's see if I can do better this week. 50 miles. Straight round - No caf stop. B pace. Nothing too lumpy as I will be on my fixie. Leave Black Horse 9:00. please note slightly earlier start time. Back in time to see the U23 race on the telly.

I'll join you for this, Ade. A little birdie told me the route's a good one.

:) Grand. The headset is a bit loose on the fixie so I'll be on the Ridley - in case a little birdie also told you how the Freddie Grubb is on the hills :?

Hi Ade, what’s the pace going to be like? I’m recovering from long-Covid and haven’t been on a club run for years.
I’ve been riding at about 26kph on flattish routes my own.

If you have been doing 26kph you'll be fine. It would be good to have you along.
