Hi All,

I will lead a D run to Lavender Hall Balsall Common - meet Black Horse for 9-15am start

Ave speed 10 to 11 mph, around 45 to 50 miles, no one left behind. A nice relaxing ride with no rush and cafe stop at around 20 miles

An ideal ride if you want to get your fitness back, like to have a relaxed ride and no one left behind
