Beacon Burst 23rd March
It is looking like a wet one on Sunday - so if anyone fancies not hanging round a caf in damp lycra, I will lead a straight round ride 50 miles ride at B pace. 9:10 Black Horse.

Hi Ade
What time would you expect to be back at the BH, roughly?

You make a compelling argument for not stopping for food.
Thanks

Thanks Ade - can you put up the route please.
Re: Beacon Burst 23rd March
Hi James. Out to Tanworth. Skirt round Ullenhall, past the Purity Brewery, then on towards Billesley Manor, but hang a left to Aston Cantlow, hang a right Pennyford/Pettiford Lane past the craft centre at the bottom end of Wooton Wawen, Preston Bagot, Lowsonford, Earlswood Lakes, am open to suggestions after that depending on where exactly people have got to get back to. Don't do GPS I'm afraid. The route is in my head.
Re: Beacon Burst 23rd March
Please can you put me down for this. Thanks, Naomi

Hey, I'm planning on heading along. I have plotted a 75km route if there's too many of us and we need to split for safety

Re: Beacon Burst 23rd March
Thank you to Chris, Andy W, Naomi, Carina, Michelle, Ben, Alister and Matt. Should out to Al for a) having a back up plan if we needed to split the ride and b) working out how to get a bike out of crash mode. This got me thinking. Surely there must be an over ride? Otherwise what do they do at Paris Roubaix? Thanks all for your company & hope to see you soon. Maybe at the track day? https://www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/introduc ... tdtcreator
