As part of the Big Café Rendezvous, I'll lead a C run to Whit Lenge Garden Centre this coming Sunday.

• Start: 09:15, Black Horse (meet ~10 minutes before)

• Distance: approx 75km (46mi)

• Terrain: rolling with a couple of long (but not too severe) uphill drags on the way back

• Pace: 22kph (~13.5mph) guideline average, with possible downward adjustment to ensure no one is left behind

• Participation: max. 8 riders, including me

Advance sign-up preferred, but on-the-line joiners welcome if the ride isn't already full.

I will set a steady, controlled pace on the hills to help us stay together. Please don't come to the front and increase the pace, making it hard for those at the back.

On the way back, unless there are 'lost souls' who need guiding all the way to the BH, I will leave the group on the outskirts of town to make my way home.
