just drove right round course - roads are clear but the slip rd has ridged areas of snow, and pavements are covered in snow. Also the issue on the dual carriageway is that the snow encroaches the outer lane making it tight for 2 cars to pass, thus more dangerous for that section - it would be a cold and wet affair, so correct call brian.
