It's a shame the chip timing system wasn't working too well - studying the splits is part of the triathlon fun. But otherwise another well organised race.

Indeed. And, given how strong Richard is on a bike, Gary must be performing pretty well to beat him by a minute.

serves me right for not training - pb was 01:10:38 in 2010, but this year had extenuating circumstances. Was aiming for 1hr 22, but shocking swim tired me right from start. Well done to all you other guys, and GIRL; anne- well done.
i'll be back with a vengeance
