Next club TT is on Wednesday 25th June 2014. 6:30 for 7:00 start. 20 rolling miles on K32/20

and, there's a trophy up for grabs too

will it be Amjhet?, will it be Keri or Martin? Will it be you? It
could be you

The handicap 20 trophy doesnt necessarily go to the fastest rider.
For me, this is the highlight of the year.

Temporary traffic lights on the course when I was over that way earlier in the week (on the Saltway before left turn to Goosehill Lane). I'll try & get over that way again closer to the time of the event to check if they've gone.

Thanks Martin, that would be good if you can. There's nothing shown on the Worcestershire CC roadworks map.

I'm really sorry - I have volunteered for this, but forgetting that I am travelling up to Lancaster on Wednesday night.
So I will have to miss the handicap 20 - it's one of my favourite evenings especially he fish and chips in the Galton Arms afterwards
Apologies once again

was over that way today and the lights were back. But it looks like they are only there to allow lorries to load grit that is stored in the layby. No reason to have them there after working hours.

I rode the course this evening & the traffic lights had gone. If the time trial was this evening we could have held it no problem but as Elfyn said there are signs up warning of road closure for resurfacing for 4 days from tomorrow on section through Stock Green for about a mile before 1st left turn. We'll probably have to make a decision just before the start time. They have surface dressed lots of roads locally & if they do this to this stretch of road tomorrow it may still be rideable but probably not good for thin race tyres with poor **flat** resistance.

This surface patching is dire... the roads around here look a mess.
