I placed an order for a medium top direct back in April but haven’t received anything yet.

When I contacted Santini I received the following message:

“ Dear customer

Thank you for contacting us

You must ask the person you gave the shirt size to for information

Kind regards

Michela”

I really don’t know what to make of it.
